AI Act Readiness Sprint · £6,500 · 2 weeks

EU AI Act deadline: 2 August 2026.

Every UK company with EU operations needs to comply with the AI Act. Most don't know where to start and even fewer know which of their systems count as “high-risk”. I'll audit your AI systems, classify risk levels, map to ISO 42001, and deliver a compliance roadmap your legal team can act on — in 2 weeks.

What's actually on 2 August 2026

High-risk AI systems (Annex III) hit full enforcement. Most in-scope UK companies either didn't know, or assumed Brexit protected them. It doesn't — if your AI touches an EU customer, employee, or applicant, you're in scope.

Non-compliance fines go up to €35m or 7% of global turnover. The regulators have been staffing up since 2024. They will not be subtle.

What the sprint delivers

  • Full AI system inventory — every tool, model, and vendor in your stack
  • Risk classification against Annex III — which systems are high-risk, limited-risk, or out of scope
  • Gap analysis against AI Act requirements (data governance, human oversight, transparency, logging)
  • ISO 42001 alignment mapping for your management system
  • Compliance roadmap with prioritised actions and owners
  • Board-ready executive summary (one page, plain English)
  • Reusable policy templates (AI use policy, incident log, conformity declaration drafts)

Who it's for

  • UK companies with EU customers, employees, or users
  • SaaS vendors whose product touches EU end-users
  • HR / hiring platforms using any AI in candidate scoring (automatic Annex III)
  • Fintech / insurance using AI in creditworthiness or risk scoring (automatic Annex III)
  • Any company that has “we use AI for X” somewhere on their website

Timeline

  • Week 1: Discovery, inventory, stakeholder interviews
  • Week 2: Classification, gap analysis, roadmap, executive summary
  • Day 14: Delivery, board briefing if wanted

You've got 15 weeks. Don't leave it.
